You can live in a paradise of your choosing if that’s what you spend your time meditating upon. As we’ve said, worry is more of a mental thing. It’s something that can be stated in certain terms.
For example, if someone tells you they’re worried, and you ask them what they’re worried about, would they say, “Oh, I don’t know. I’m just worried?” No. They would tell you specifically what they’re worried about.
Worry is something that happens in the mind. It can affect emotions, but it is primarily something that occupies our mental space.
Whatever you think about, you will eventually feel, experience, and see in your life.
If you want to change your approach to things, then you have to change the way you think, so you have to be the master of your mind.
When it comes to worrying, you have to attack the thing that you’re worried about. Why? Because it empowers you. It puts you in a more dominant position.
